Context
Learning about reproductive health is often a fragmented and isolating experience. Many young women turn to online sources to better understand their bodies, but the information they find is scattered, inconsistent, and difficult to navigate. To learn more about their experiences, we reviewed existing resources and spoke with young women firsthand.
So why is learning about reproductive health so challenging?
No central source of information
Women and girls lack access to reliable information and tools to support their reproductive health, and there's no one place for answers
Discouraged from seeking help
Negative stigma and harmful stereotypes surrounding female reproductive health make them less likely to seek out services and support

Wireframes
Wireframes
We sketched and tested low-fidelity wireframes first, using them to test early ideas and guide the development of the more polished, high-fidelity version.
We created several low-fidelity wireframe iterations for initial testing before moving on to our high-fidelity designs.

Testing with users
Testing with users
We interviewed several users to get their first impressions and feedback on our prototype. The feedback helped us identify where the design and content could be clearer and more engaging.

Users weren’t sure how to save events. They suggested using a more familiar icon (like a bookmark) and making the option more visible
Users felt the schedule page was redundant. They preferred having ongoing events listed directly on the home page for easier access
They felt the color palette made the app feel professional and appropriate for the theme
Users felt the options for filtering on the resources page weren’t effective and inconsistent with the rest of the website
Users wanted more examples within challenges to better understand what to do. They felt the lack of details reduced their motivation
Users felt the website's visual design was uneven, with too much content on the main page and too little on subpages
